Note 1: BLOCK-iT™ miR RNAi Select hairpins are pre-designed DNA oligos that are ready to anneal and clone into one of the BLOCK-iT™ Pol II miR RNAi Expression Vectors (available separately) in a quick and easy procedure. BLOCK-iT™ miR RNAi Select hairpins are not suitable for direct transfection into cells (they need to be cloned into the vectors first).
